Safety

In your home, on your terms.

Inviting someone into your home to work on your computer takes real trust — I never take that lightly. Here's exactly how I conduct myself on every single visit, so you can feel completely at ease.

No firearm — ever

I never carry a gun on a service call. Ever.

You're always in control

Your home, your call. Watch everything, stop me anytime — I work only where the trouble is.

Your privacy stays private

I'm here for the machine, not your life. Your photos, files, and personal info stay untouched.

Respect for your home or workplace

Shoe covers on request, I clean up after myself, and I treat your space like family's.

Straight talk, no pressure

No scare tactics, no upselling, no jargon. I tell you the cost before I touch a thing.

Insured & accountable

Covered, so you're covered

I carry General Liability insurance and run a properly registered Texas business — so on the rare chance something goes wrong while I'm working in your home, you're not the one on the hook. The coverage is mine, and it's there to protect you. You can see the certificate for yourself, right here.

The gear you trust me with

Careful hands with delicate gear

I own expensive, sensitive equipment myself, so I know exactly what's at stake when it's yours. Cameras, drives, laptops, decades of irreplaceable photos — I handle every piece like it can't be replaced, because often it can't. Careful transport, a clean and static-safe workspace, and never any rushing. Your gear, and the data on it, get the same care I give my own.

Little blue shoe covers — so your floors stay squeaky clean.

Rather not have anyone over?

We can meet in public instead

You never have to invite a stranger into your home to get help — and if you'd rather not, we don't have to. I'm glad to meet you somewhere public: a coffee shop, the library, a booth at your favorite diner. Bring the phone, tablet, or laptop that's giving you trouble and we'll sort it out right there at the table. Same fair hourly rate, and no call-out fee since you're coming to me — and if it's a quick one, an iced tea counts as a tip. 😊

That's just how I do business.

The same way I'd want someone treating my own mom's home. If that's the kind of person you want working on your computer, I'd be glad to help.
