Ask your question →

Do you work on Macs?

Yes — happily. I work on both PCs and Macs: hardware, software, and everything in between.

How far do you travel?

I serve Kerr County and the surrounding Hill Country area — Kerrville, Center Point, Comfort, Ingram, Hunt, Fredericksburg, Bandera, Boerne, and nearby communities. Not sure if you're in range? Just ask — I'm happy to check.

What do you charge?

$25 travel fee for all on-site visits, plus $60 per hour of service. A typical one-hour job comes to $85 total. No membership, no hidden fees — promise.

Do you charge if you can't solve the problem?

No. If I work on something and can't resolve it, I won't charge you for that time. I'll be upfront with you about what's possible before I start.

Can you help with phones and tablets?

For setup, configuration, email, apps, and connectivity — yes. For physical screen and hardware repairs on phones, that's outside my scope.

Can you set up my Wi-Fi or help me stay safe online?

Yes — that's a big part of what I do. Whole-home Wi-Fi that reaches every room, routers and networks set up right, plus the security basics that actually protect you: virus and scam cleanup, passwords, two-factor, and backups. No fear-mongering, just what you need.

Do you do remote support?

I'm a house-call service by design — I come to you — so I don't offer general phone or remote support. That said, if something small can be sorted without a visit, I'll tell you straight.

How quickly can you come out?

I'll do my best to get to you same day or next day. Call or use the contact form and I'll get back to you within 24 hours to schedule.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash, check, Venmo, and major credit cards — due at time of service. You can also book and prepay online if that's easier.

Are computer people confusing to deal with?

Not here. I explain everything in plain English, I'll show you what I'm doing as I go, and I won't make you feel bad for not knowing — that's literally why I'm there.

Are you just some guy with a website?

Ha — not even close. The website's just how you find me. Behind it is over a decade of hands-on experience and a full mobile kit of professional-grade tools and diagnostic gear — enough to handle just about anything you throw at me, from a dead laptop to a whole-house network. I show up at your door with the real equipment, not just a business card.

Will you mess up my stuff?

I back up your data before touching anything and I'll walk you through what I'm doing before I do it. No surprises.

Do I have to leave you alone with my computer?

Not at all. Stay and watch, ask questions, or go about your day — whatever you're comfortable with.

Will you track mud through my house?

Never! On messy-weather days — or any time you'd like — I'll happily slip on disposable shoe covers.

Ready to get it sorted?

Call or send a message and tell me what's going on. I'll give you a friendly, straight answer.
